Bookings of 5 or more rooms require
90 days' cancellation notice

Guests who choose to smoke in a non-smoking unit will be billed an ADDITIONAL $100 for extra cleaning

Guests are responsible for damages over and above normal wear and tear

Self-catering min-kitchens are equipped with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Guests who choose to leave dirty dished will be billed an ADDITIONAL $15.00 cleaning fee.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, to cancel a reservation, and the right to assign and re-assign the guest to such accommodation as the management sees fit.
